On January 27th defenceman of Dynamo (Moscow) Denis Kulyash made miracle on the ice. Losing 2:3 by the end of the third period Dynamo substitutes the goalie with sixth player. Three seconds until the end of regular time linesman drops the puck in, Nabokov passes the puck to Kulyash, and he shoots it into the net. This is his second goal that night. Then, Kulyash stops the clock on 17th second of overtime scoring again! This is his first career hat-trick.
After the game Sport-Express correspondent talked to the hero of the night in Dynamo's locker room.

Can you explain what kind of miracle came on to you?
D. Kulyash: I'm in shock as everyone else. I've never done anything like that before, never scored even two goals in one game. And tonight I scored a hat-trick, what a hat-trick!
Did you know three seconds before the end of the match that Nabokov was going to pass the puck to you after the throw-in?
D. Kulyash: Yes, I knew it, and everybody on the ice knew it. I heard myself when the head coach of Ak Bars Zinetula Bilyaletdinov yelled to his players: 'Hold Kulyash! He's going to shoot!'
Did you have time to look at the timer and see if you made a shot on-time?
D. Kulyash: Actually, at first I thought Braithwaite made a save, but when I've heard loud fans' yell I understood the puck is in, and skated happily to the center of the ice not remembering myself.
Seems like, psychologically you broke Braithwaite with this goal.
D. Kulyash: Yes, possibly he cracked after the goal.
In your opinion, how closer did this fantastic match get you to the Olympics, remembering that your teammate and Olympian Dmitry Bykov got serious injury?
D. Kulyash: I didn't really think about the Olympic Games. No one has told me anything about it. I can't include myself into the Olympic team, right? This is team's management's responsibility.
