The top scorer of the season in the Super League scored three points and put the final point in the semifinals series.
Aleksey, did you expect that Lokomotiv would give up at home so easily?
A. Morozov: Before the series I was sure that we were going to play series of five games. The most difficult tonight the beginning of the game; we were told to keep up in the first period, and we did it.
When had you believed that you are going to win this match?
A. Morozov: When the score became 5:2. Before that our advantage was shaky.
Are you going to watch the fourth match between Omsk and Magnitogorsk?
A. Morozov: Absolutely. I'm going to learn our potential opponents in the finals.
On Wednesday the head coach of the national Russian team Vladimir Krikunov declared that you refused to participate in World Championship.
A. Morozov: No one contacted me from the national team, even by phone.
But Ak Bars received a request from them on your name.
A. Morozov: Yes, this is true, but before the end of the playoff I don't want to think of anything else, but Russian Championship. The club's management shares my opinion.
Are you still offended by decision of management of the national team, and especially Krikunov, not to include you for the Olympics-2006 participarion?
A. Morozov: I don't talk about it right now' Though, of course, I was sad during the tournament. Well, it means the team didn't need me then. Good thing is that Ak Bars is pleased with my performance.
That's for sure! Can anyone in Russia stop your line?
A. Morozov: There are no unbeatable teams; therefore, we are not insured for losses. At the same time, it means that Ak Bars can beat any opponent as well.
